Have you heard of the box life? Generally, we sleep on a box, have breakfast from a box, drive to work in a box or hop on a boxed train, we get to work and type on a box, talk on a box, have meetings in a box, we then come home in our box again, then turn on the box and try to relax! It’s no wonder we may not feel productive and energetic as we would like to be due the life being so routine and mundane.
If this is you, I hear you, and I have some great news to break this destructive cycle! My clients have felt an increase of up to 30% more productivity with more focus, energy and effectiveness during the week. Studies show that people who report having more control over their lives report feeling happier!
“In the world’s most affluent nation, epidemic rates of stress, anxiety, depression, obesity, and time urgency are now grudgingly accepted as part of everyday existence.” Peter C. Whybrow, “American Mania – When More Is Not Enough”
3 Areas I Challenge You To Master:
These are the 3 areas in my coaching experience which have the biggest impact on a productive and fulfilling day. The results will blow your mind, & its so simple! Today we just focus on the blue box below:

My clients have felt an increase of up to 30% productivity with more focus, energy and effectiveness during the week.
[Part 1] 60 Minutes More Sleep
If you look at some people’s eyes, you can tell they are sleep deprived! If you live in Melbourne, yes the fashion capital, and also the coffee capital of Australia. So most people “need” a coffee just to get moving in the morning and during the day. According to the National Sleep Foundation, getting an average for an adult is 7 to 8 hours each night is highly recommended.
And during those precious 60 mins before bed, dim all the lights as your body starts to wind down and enter sleep mode. And it’s a good idea not to look at any screens, including your phone as this will only stimulate your brain making it even more challenging going to sleep!
60 mins before bed, dim all the lights as your body starts to wind down and enter sleep mode.

Do you need to sleep 60 mins more each night to enter the blue zone above? Can you go to bed at the same PM time, and wake up every morning at the same AM time every day? If you do, your body clock will love you for it! I’m in bed by 11PM and wake up naturally at 6AM ready for my Morning Recharge.
How will this impress your boss? You will get more clarity during the day, and clarity makes you powerful!
Part 2 of the 3×60 productivity formula is: 60 Minute Morning Recharge (stay tuned!).
