
When was the last time you woke ready to conquer the day? Did you have power reserves? It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the day or week ahead, especially if you have some crazy work commitments! Did you know the first 60 mins after you wake up is sacred, and its the perfect time for you to recharge? Here the best way to feel ahead, despite how busy your are! Let’s break this into 2 parts:

The first 60 mins after you wake up is sacred
[Morning Recharge 1] The FIRST 30 mins – Movement
Do you have the custom of exercising in the morning? If you don’t, why not start with some stretching at home. If your in an office or cubical, and you’re sitting for most of the day, chances are your stiff in your legs, back, and neck causing fatigue. So try to stretch out your legs, arms etc and hold the pose like in a yoga class, then shake your body out, including your left foot, then right foot, then your left hand and right hand to help with blood circulation.
[Morning Recharge 2] The LAST 30 mins – The Daily Capture
